Tuition Rates:

$40 Registration Fee Per Family

30min per week - $75 per month / $712.50 in full (5% discount)

45min - 1hr per week - $85 per month / $807.50 paid in full (5% discount)

1 hour 15min per week - $100 per month / $950 paid in full (5% discount)

1.5 hour per week - $120 per month - $1,140 paid in full (5% discount)

2 hours per week - $160 per month - $1,520 paid in full (5% discount)

3 hours per week - $240 per month - $2,280 paid in full (5% discount)

4 hours per week - $320 per month - $3,040 paid in full (5% discount)

5 hours per week - $360 per month - $3,420 paid in full (5% discount)

Families with more than one child, lower priced sibling receives 10% discount.
To register, you will be charged the $40 registration fee and the first month's tuition or year in full payment.

I understand that monthly tuition payments are due on the 20th of the month for the following month, and will be auto-debited from my credit card on file. Late payments (after the 25th) will be assessed a $20 fee, returned payments a $35 fee. Auto-debit is required for monthly tuition payments.

I understand that tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes in a month. There are no refunds/prorates for missed classes, but they can be made-up in another appropriate class. There are 3 cancellation classes built into the schedule for snow, teacher illness etc. After the 3rd cancellation, a makeup will be scheduled.

If classes need to be discontinued by parent for any reason, the studio must be informed in writing before the 15th of the month so that the next month’s tuition draft (20th of the month) can be stopped. Tuition is non refundable. Tuition paid in full for the year is non refundable.

It is assumed that all students will be participating in the year-end Showcase in May/June unless the office is notified by November 1st, Costume fees will be auto-debited on November 20th, $80 for Smalls/Petites, $90 for Minis/Juniors, $100 for Teens/Seniors. Once costumes are ordered they cannot be returned or refunded. Costumes will not be released for the year-end Showcase until account is paid in full.

Waiver: I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, agents, assigns, and representatives, hereby indemnify, release and forever hold harmless BT DanceCompany, LLC, as well as its directors, employees and instructors, from any and all claims of liability arising from any accident, personal injury, death, or property loss or damage sustained by my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian, while that person is participating in activities connected with BT DanceCompany, LLC, I understand that dance activities have inherent risks of injury, and, being fully aware of all risk, I consent to have my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian, participate in the programs and activities offered by BT DanceCompany, LLC, and I accept full responsibility for providing adequate health and accident insurance coverage for the protection of all of the following who participate in these programs/activities: my child/myself/the minor child for whom I am a legal guardian. By signing this statement, I declare that the aforesaid participant is in good health, with no physical conditions that might prevent his/her/my participation in strenuous and rigorous dance activities and other training and performance.

Further I understand and acknowledge that because of the physical nature of dance, there may be physical contact between instructors and students. I understand that at times for proper instruction and safety, physical contact is required and necessary.
